If you are unable to keep your spa appointment, we require a 24-hour notice. If you cancel within 24 hours before your scheduled reservation, you will be charged 50% of the total cost of your service. If you are a no show, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your entire service.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all services. If there are two consecutive no shows, we will no longer be able to schedule your reservation without full payment of the service in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require a 24-hour notice.

BODY & SOLE SALON AND DAY SPA IS NOW ACCEPTING VIP HAIR STUDIO & DAY SPA GIFT CARDS

Body & Sole Salon and Day Spa, formerly known as VIP Hair Studio and Day Spa, is now under new ownership. We are pleased to announce to our loyal and valued customers that we will be honoring any and all gift cards issued by the previous owner that were purchased after November 23rd, 2007 and by the closing date of February 9th, 2008. Due to the overwhelming amount of gift cards issued by the previous owner prior to closing, Body & Sole will be honoring the gift cards in the following manner:

For each visit there will be a 25% discount per card given off of the service until the value of each gift card is fulfilled.

Examples:
a. One men’s haircut valued at $20, Body & Sole will deduct $5 off the price until the gift card is fulfilled.

b. One pedicure valued at $40, Body & Sole will deduct $10 off the price until the gift card is fulfilled.

We encourage gift card holders to visit Body & Sole or contact us at 245-0900 with any questions concerning this issue or to schedule an appointment for your next service.

When calling to schedule an appointment, please state that you will be redeeming your gift card to ensure that your charges are handled properly. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or discounted services.
